Can changes be made after the order has been placed?

Please note that we cannot make any changes to your product specifications once your order has been received.

This is due to our automated production processes.

We may be able to make changes to the delivery information provided (e.g. name, address, telephone number).
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to discuss this.

I have not received an invoice

After placing your order, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the address you provided when ordering.
A few days later, the invoice will be sent in a separate email to the same email address. You can download the invoice in PDF format by clicking on "Download PDF" in this email.

If you cannot find the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
If you still cannot find the order confirmation email, please contact our customer service .

How will my order be packaged?

We only use high-quality packaging to ensure your pictures arrive safely.
Our canvas prints are shrink wrapped and manually packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Which company delivers my order?

Our products are delivered with the following suppliers: DHL, GLS, GEL, UPS and Hermes.

Based on product, size and quantity, our system automatically selects the shipping provider for each order.
We regret that you cannot choose the supplier yourself.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping notification email to the address you provided when placing your order. If you have not received this notification after the specified production time frame, please check your spam folder.

If you still cannot find an email, please contact our customer service .

production and delivery times

Orders go into production within 24 hours of receipt of payment. In rare cases, delays may occur due to printing errors or production interruptions.

Canvas prints (without special product options) are created within 24 hours. Other products require 2-3 business days. Orders containing products from different categories (eg canvas and acrylic prints) may be shipped in separate shipments.

Please note that delays in delivery may occur and we cannot control the delivery speed after the order has been picked up.

The delivery address I provided is incorrect or has changed. What should I do?

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible and provide the correct delivery address.
Please note, however, that it is not always possible to change delivery details after placing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery details, so please contact the relevant carrier directly.

Can I check the status of my shipment?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with shipment tracking by email.

You can also check the status of your order on our website in the tracking section.

What should I do if I am not present for delivery?

If you are not present when the delivery attempt is made, the carrier will hold the package and leave a message. They will usually arrange a delivery the next working day or leave the package with a neighbor or a parcel depot near you.

Can I have my package delivered to a DHL Packstation?

Deliveries within Germany can be made to a DHL Packstation. Please note, however, that this is only possible for certain products.

What can I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your product is damaged, please take some photos of the delivered item (including the packaging) in which the damage is visible and send it by email to our customer service: sayhello@canvasarthouse.de

What can I do if my product has a color variation?

If the colors of the finished product differ from the colors originally shown on the preview image, this is probably due to the color settings of your monitor. If your product has extreme color variations, please send a photo of the product along with the details of your order to our customer service: sayhello@canvasarthouse.de
